Sally's current website was looking dated and did not coordinate with her current printed advertising. She needed a website that could compete in a crowded market and, with her client base getting ever larger, she wanted the facility to manage and update content herself, so that she could quickly post up-to-the-minute news and her latest offers without having to rely on an external agency.

The website construction process

Sally provided us with her latest advert and asked us to match the design and four-colour theme. Although she already had branding, she also requested that we enhance her logo.

For the website, we kept the style 'clinically' clean but integrated large sections of colour to provide a soft, welcoming balance. The colour coding also allowed us to create a very clear and easy-to-use menu system. The addition of some simple transitions and animations made the user experience that bit more attractive and memorable for Sally's customers.

Behind the scenes, we integrated a simple, custom-built user interface so that Sally could keep the site fresh, and easily edit and add content as, and when, she needed to. Since the user interface is built into the backend of the website, Sally now has the flexibility to make changes online, from any device, wherever she is, so does not have to be at the office if she wants to update her site.

The verdict

When it comes to digital marketing there are loads of companies that talk a good game, but when Emma the Director at The Oracle introduced me to Scott on the Creative Media Team, I knew he would be able to interpret my Website requirements and make it happen.
